We actually wound up buying a second one. It's a classic lamp and looks cheerful.Very happy with itThis is a beautiful lamp and the height is perfect if you are wanting/needing a taller lamp. If works great with taller chairs. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. Not sure if it is free from the CA Prop warnings. I purchased it because it did not have those warnings listed anywhere, so many lamps do these days. There are no stickers on the lamp itself, but the box it came in said it contained chemicals from the CA Prop warnings. The white model of this lamp has warning stickers on the actual lamp. Perhaps they just used the same box and the black model does not contain those chemicals?I would have rated this lamp a 5 star product- easy to put together, very sturdy as base is marble, even comes with a light bulb! BUT, it has a black cord. Why would you make an all white lamp and put a black cord on it? Silver cording would have been preferable or white would have been perfect! Willl now have to find a workaround so I don't see the electrical cord.Was really easy to put together. If I can put it together anyone can do it.Love the floor lamp, and it was very easy to put together! I think the base must have been scratched, before packing, as it was very well packed , when opened. I would have given five stars, if it wasn’t scratched across the base!but a really beautiful and chic lamp, came in a bit stained and scratchedThe lamp is cute. The base is like a marble stone and it’s heavy. It is supposed to come with a bulb which I didn’t get and the pole connected to the base is wobbly. Maybe I put together incorrectly but I don’t think I did.Overall it’s very cute.Stone base (thought it was scratched up at first but realized it’s the stone/marble look of it) The base is very heavy. Nice thick threaded cord. Sleek pole and perfect shade. Expensive looking lamp. You won’t be disappointed.
