Editing my review.The seller got back to me through Amazin messaging, and is sending a replacement part for the piece that broke. Actually nice and reasonable customer service, I am impressed.The chandelier looks really nice and adds great light.It was a bit complicated to assemble, and the instructions lacked sufficient details, could have been a little more thorough.The chandelier looks nice once it's assembled and all working.It was really difficult to assemble. The middle part of the chandelier, where you connect all 5 wires to the main white or black wire, the provided wire nuts are way too small for that many wires connecting together.Do yourself a favor and go buy an assorted size bag of wire nuts.Furthermore, the wire nuts provided are super poor quaility. The inside metal coil came out of two of them. Annoying and difficult to remove the coil while holding the chandelier while trying to connect the wires to the ceiling.And most annoying and frustrating, one of the light sockets' wires came out, after the socket had come unscrewed somehow.I decided to fix it myself, but it's not a real stable, quality repair.However, luckily I'm experienced in electronics, and was successful in repairing the issue until the replacement part arrives.We had trouble with step 5. You had to twist the wires farther than they would accommodate if you followed the instructions exactly. You need two people to get the branches in good position. It was nice once we got it together.My wife is in love with these wall lights.This is Chandelier is very nice , not easy to essembly but you won't be disappointed once is doneI ordered because from the picture it looked very nice and cool but the item looked very low quality.With black wire, poor qualityThis was a little time consuming to put together but the end result is beautiful. We love it
