I bought two of these for our new home. Unfortunately only one of them came in great condition. I have tried twice to get replacements, only to have them come damaged!! It was very disappointing. I’m returning the one I received today that was damaged and not going to attempt to replace. I’m just going to get something different. I don’t know if the problem lies with the packaging or the shipping, but not going to waste any more time trying to replace it, no matter how pretty the lamp is. It’s become a hassle with the back and forth!!
