I had an issue with the glass shade and they quickly agreed to replace it and shipped me a new one.I thought this was a great looking lamp and I was bummed to find out it really doesn’t light a space well. The light points right down which I guess I should have realized. Casts harsh shadows so bad to returnA little to low profile to the ceiling made it difficult to install. Had it for less than a year and now one of the leds is flashing.I guess I shouldn’t expect much for $80 but this is pretty cheep. It was also scratched. I ended up keeping it because the shipping box was destroyed. Don’t expect it to be quality but it works well enough.I haven't seen this much styrofoam since I redid my sanitarium.First light came with a light powder coat of black paint. Rim was full of nicks and scratches. This light is pretty expensive and the gold should be painted gold and the black painted black. This was not the case, so I asked for an exchange. Second light comes with black scuffs to the glass that could not be removed. They were in the glass. Decide to keep this light though I'm still not sure why. Seller deducts shipping of $12 for the return. I get to waste more time contacting Amazon. Sigh. Buy another fixture and save yourself some time and money.Love the look of the light. Was a bit hard to install though.I really like the look of the lights and they are a good price but they’re incredibly difficult to install. I don’t see how we’ll be able to change the bulbs without breaking it
